ONLINE COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

Once the payment has been verified, the client will receive the access codes to the platform typically within 24-48 hours yet no later than 10 minutes before an agreed online video-session start.

  1. Right of withdrawal, cancellation, returns and complaints

7.1 Right of Cancellation

The buyer will have a minimum of 24 hours to cancel, from the day the customer receives the product or booking confirmation, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

7.2 Cancellation policy

7.2.1 Cancellation of services by CATHERINEMONTANO.ORG.

CATHERINEMONTANO.ORG reserves the right to cancel any of the services contracted without prior notice if payment is not made properly.

The availability of products/services offered by CATHERINEMONTANO.ORG may vary depending on the service. In case of non-execution due to unavailability (e.g. due to sudden illness, higher forces, technical failure etc.) CATHERINEMONTANO.ORG will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as it becomes aware of this situation.

In this case CATHERINEMONTANO.ORG may offer the client to choose between a service of similar characteristics or superior quality without any increase in price at the earliest convenience of the client after re-establishment of the service, or alternatively, CATHERINEMONTANO.ORG can provide a full refund to the client within 7 working days.

7.2.2 Cancellation of services by the client

Because the content of the online course can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use, online courses are not subject to the right of cancellation from the date of commencement of the course.

SESSIONS and SERVICES

If the client regrets his or her purchase, he or she can cancel the reservation within 24 hours from the time of purchase and the refund of the original payment will be authorized within three banking days using the original payment method. After 24 hours, the client can request cancellation with refund, but a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase value will be applied if the appointment is more than 3 days in the future. After that date, cancellation fees of 100% for less than 24 hours, 50% for less than 48 hours and 25% for less than 72 hours apply.

7.3 The client misses the appointment or is late

If the client does not show up for an appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes late, he or she loses the right to the booked session. An alternative appointment will require a new payment.

7.4Reimbursement of payment

Reimbursement of amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
